Edel Regan Architects executed design and planning drawings in an efficient and timely manner. She achieved design with a good commercial mix of apartments, retail, library, and creche and consultant medical suites. The design was sensitively accomplished and met with all the planning requirements and achieved high densities for the site. Further information was required by the planning authorities and Edel Regan Architects responded extremely well to the planning department. She dealt with all the planning requirements for further information. The planners were satisfied with the scheme and awarded the project a successful grant of planning. This greatly increased the value of the land and subsequently the site was sold at a larger value than before the site had planning. I am very grateful for Edel’s diligent work in achieving such a planning result and would highly recommend her to any future developer or land owner.
