This project needed to work with the constraint of a narrow site access  and required an innovative design solution to achieve the maximum quality of design and functionality

This project required a sensitive approach to maintain the street front of Ballycastle while affording views to the rear of a heritage church. The building has a simple palette using simple materials such as polished concrete floors and wood and white walls. It is a light filled space and easy to navigate

This project was designed in a simple way using a simple palette of materials such as polished concrete floors and wood .It is light filled and preserves the vernacular of street front in Ballycastle while capturing a view of a heritage church at the rear. After visiting the site it was clear that a simple solution would work best
