2009: First Place in Architectural Competition for a mixed-use development on site in Dingle.
A 3-4 storey mixed-use development (7926.79 square meter gross floor area) comprising of commercial units, offices, retail store, restaurant, 6 no. apartments, anchor retail unit, a leisure center a public courtyard, 202 car parking spaces and landscaping.
Site area: 1.34 hectares

New entrance to Chemical warehouse, Pfizer, Cork

2007: Design of entrance for Pharmaceutical Plant at Pfizer, Cork.
Radiology Clinic, Mullingar, Co Westmeath

This project achieved planning and working drawing stage . It accommodated a complex brief of radiology services such as MRI machines, DEXA scanners etc. The accommodation also included consultants rooms , surgical rooms, communal open spaces for the public, offices and board rooms, a roof terrace garden and a water feature at the base of the building. the building linked in with St Francis Private hospital via a double height bridge at first floor level. The building was sited to create a pedestrian four court between the new clinic and the existing private hospital. Landscaping played a big part in the design.
Cost: Build cost valued at 15-20 Million.
Client: Private Radiology Consultants.
